Here’s what our online coaching looks like:

  • Strategy Session - start with a complementary call with Alex, your coach, to discuss where you are currently in your fitness journey and what your goals are!

  • Custom Training Program - based on the information we receive in your strategy session and your goals, Alex will create a program fully customized to YOU that focuses on progressive phases that help you identify and build upon your exercise, nutrition, and behavior-change goals.

  • Heightened Accountability -

    • Weekly e-mail check-ins to answer questions, monitor your progress, and ensure your program is on point

    • One 45-minute video coaching call per month

    • Send Alex videos for exercise form analysis

    • 100% full access to Alex’s personal email account

    • You will never feel alone in this process. We strive to create an encouraging, safe, and welcoming space. Fitness is absolutely for you and you CAN do this.
